These Terms of Use govern your use of PartyMath, including the free calculators and PartyMath Complete. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
What PartyMath provides
PartyMath provides planning estimates and tools intended to help users organize parties and events. Estimates may include food quantities, shopping amounts, event supplies, timing, and budget information.
Planning estimates, not professional advice
PartyMath results are estimates only. Actual needs vary by recipes, guest behavior, serving style, food yields, weather, equipment, event length, and other circumstances. PartyMath is not a professional catering, nutrition, health, or food-safety service. You are responsible for checking quantities and following applicable food-handling and safety requirements.
PartyMath Complete
PartyMath Complete is a one-time digital purchase that unlocks PartyMath Complete planning features available through the PartyMath platform. Prices are displayed before checkout. Payments are processed through Stripe.
Your responsibilities
- Use PartyMath lawfully and only for its intended purpose.
- Do not attempt to bypass payment verification, entitlement controls, security measures, or access restrictions.
- Do not copy, resell, scrape, reverse engineer, or redistribute PartyMath content or software except where applicable law permits it.
- Review calculator results before relying on them for an event or purchase.
Intellectual property
PartyMath branding, original site design, software, calculator logic, written content, and premium materials are owned by PartyMath or used with permission. Purchasing PartyMath Complete gives you a personal license to use the unlocked planning materials; it does not transfer ownership of the service or underlying content.
Service availability
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue features as PartyMath develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PartyMath is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. PartyMath is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses resulting from use of or reliance on planning estimates. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Refunds
Refunds are governed by the PartyMath Refund Policy.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of PartyMath after updated terms are posted means the updated terms apply going forward.
